  • Coaching is about raising the bar. It is about living bigger and more fully than you have before. Coaching helps you step into a more powerful You.
  • Coaching encourages you to appreciate who you are as you move forward in your life. It allows you to take pleasure in what you have achieved, see what you can accomplish, and savor ALL of who you are.
  • A coach will give you permission to dream big. They will then encourage you to go after those dreams. A Coach is in your corner, your supporter, your fan and someone who sees who you are and what you can be.

How it works:

  • Coaching is done on the phone so it easily and efficiently blends into your schedule. Calls are most commonly ½ hour once a week.
